About me:
I’m a Mental Health Social Worker, holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Education, along with a Master's in Social Work. My career journey began as a mental health therapist and evolved into the role of a dedicated school counselor, where I've been serving middle and high school students for over 12 years.
Throughout my diverse professional experiences, I've consistently led with an open heart and a deep commitment to helping others succeed. Regardless of the various roles I've taken on over the past decade, my unwavering focus has always been to coach and guide individuals toward success.
My driving force is the genuine desire to empower others to achieve their goals. This passion has led me to establish an executive function coaching business, specifically tailored to support young teenagers and adolescents transitioning into adulthood. I am honored to have the opportunity to be your coach, and I look forward to assisting you on your journey to success.
